Configure your gmail to send out OIST email

To configure your email to receive and send out email as OIST email address hosted on office365.

here's how i do it.

For receiving, it's relatively easy. Go into outlook and sign in OIST email and set up a condition to forward all email to your gmail account.

For sending it was a bit more tricky.

although the POP3 and IMTP were enabled with office365 to enable email software, using the address from oist was not accepted by gmail.

I did it by following these steps:

1. open cmd prompt in your desktop

2. ping outlook.office365.com

3. find the ip address for it.

4. go to gmail, and set up a send mail as account. input the ip from the abbove, and set the connection through port 587 using TLS encryption with your oist email account and password.
